清真牛肉以色澤紅潤,肉質鮮嫩,味香而贏得消費者喜愛,不僅是酒桌筵席上的美味佳肴,也是探親訪友的上等禮品。目前,熱銷於濟南、青島等省內城市及黑龍江、內蒙古、廣東等外地省份。年總銷量約80噸左右。
 
清真牛肉是清真菜中的主菜。清真菜原名「回回菜」。明末清初,回族學者王貸輿、馬註等譯著伊斯蘭教教義提出:「蓋教本清則凈,本真則正,清凈則無垢不汁汙,真正則不偏不倚。」「真主原有獨尊,謂之清真。」此後,「清真」一詞遂為社會廣泛使用,「清真教」成為伊斯蘭教在我國的正式譯稱,清真菜也隨之取代了「回回菜」的舊名稱。同時,冠以「清真」二字的食品、飯莊應運而生,清真菜遂流行於回漢雜居的民間。

 

In Arabic, the word ‘halal’ means ‘lawful’ or ‘permissible’, The term is designated food that seen as permissible according to Islamic law.There are certain guidelines need to be follow during the slaughter of halal animals, the instrument used must be very sharp to ensure humane slaughter, the animal must be slit at the throat, blood from the veins must be drained. Such process is to ensure animals does not feel the pain as it quicken the speed of death, also make sure the body is clean and safe to be eaten.
